What Mac do I need?

A Mac with Apple Silicon and macOS 13 or later.

Where are my books?

Wherever you saved them. Each one is a .book file you can move, copy or back up like any other file.

How do I get my book into Kwiltr?

Drop an EPUB or Word file on the window, or use File › Open.

How do I reinstall it, or get a refund?

Reinstall from your App Store purchases. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
